Project: Learning and Innovation Assessment
Objective: Learning and Innovation Assessment for the Institute for Social Justice at York St John University with a focus on strengthening cooperative states in VSCE-High Education partnerships.
Approach: The project will involve research and data collection to identify best practices and opportunities for strengthening partnerships between the voluntary, social, and community enterprise sector (VSCE) and higher education institutions. The assessment will include recommendations for creating sustainable and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Project: Innovation Sprint
Objective: support York Cares corporate strategy through Innovation Sprint to review and support their Employer Volunteering Programmes offer.
Approach: A collaborative and iterative advisory process developed to identify and test sacrificial concepts for employer volunteering programmes with York Cares staff, Board, and customers.
Partner: York Cares
Objective: To provide technical and strategy support for the design and development of Community Impact Funds, with a fund value up to of £1m.
Approach: research, workshops and advisory support to co-design and implement fund strategy that supports social impact initiatives in the local community. The project supports the design of fund structures, theories of change, metrics and measurement tools, and advising implementation and grant management.

Objective: To provide innovation and commercialisation strategy support for the Spurriergate Centre.
Approach: The project assesses the Spurriergate Centre's current programs, services, and business model and identify opportunities for innovation and commercialisation, including new revenue streams, partnerships, and service offerings.

Objective: Establish a collaborative policy action plan to strengthen the MSME ecosystem in Namibia, focusing on youth and women entrepreneurs.
Approach: Employing the Daniel Isenberg Framework, the approach includes developing a comprehensive research and development strategy that incorporates international benchmarking and national stakholder research and validation workshops.
Partner: Namibia Investment Promotion and Development Board, British Council, Octoville Development Consultancy.
Objective: Conduct research and learning on implementing Business Environment Reforms to support Youth Entrepreneurship in Africa, Caribbean, and Pacific (ACP) countries.
Approach: The project uses research and interviews to identify the key barriers and opportunities for youth entrepreneurship in ACP countries. The project provides recommendations to policymakers, business associations, and public and private institutions for implementing business environment reforms that support youth entrepreneurship, including legal and regulatory frameworks and support services.

Objective: To support capacity building and development of AgriConnect in preparation for scaling and growth of programmes.
Approach: The project provides support and guidance to AgriConnect to build organisational capacity to implement growth strategies through advisory services, trainings and partnership development.

Objective: provide technical advisory and capacity building support to BRAC partners for strengthening youth and women's economic empowerment.
Approach: The project builds capacity of BRAC partners across Africa to implement effective and sustainable programs for youth and women's economic empowerment. This includes conducting labour market assessments, organisational capacity assessments, training, technical advisory services to support the implementation of best practices and innovations.
